My name is
Anna Liszewska-Molenda
I’m a product designer, mentor, and consultant.
I work across both strategic and hands-on levels — from user research and workshops to final interface designs. Currently, I design at DataWalk, an advanced analytics platform that helps organizations turn data into actionable insight.
My background combines psychology, web technologies, and design, allowing me to craft solutions that are intuitive, effective, and rooted in real human needs. I specialize in user research, cross-device design, and interface work in Figma.
Sharing knowledge is also a core part of my practice — I’ve been mentoring and training aspiring designers for years, helping them build meaningful skills and confidence in their craft.
I believe good design isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s a mindset. A way to bridge the gap between users and business, needs and possibilities, vision and real-world implementation.
Why Slow UX?
I was inspired by Cal Newport’s book Slow Productivity and the concept of pseudo-productivity.
It made me realize that a similar phenomenon exists in the UX world - what I call Pseudo UX. These are projects that look attractive on the surface but lack solid research, strategic thinking, and business grounding.
They often lead to frustration: both for designers who feel unheard, and for stakeholders who believe UX doesn’t understand business.
I created this blog as a place where designers can find real support.
I want to equip you with tools, strategies, and guidance to help you make informed decisions, better understand stakeholder behavior, and confidently lead projects that deliver value to both users and the business.
